Anushan Jayaratne, a seasoned financial leader with over 25 years of experience in senior finance and managerial positions in various industries including Big 4, MNCs, Trade, SME, Dairy and NFP organizations. Jayaratne's success is due in part to his in-depth knowledge and industry experience which drives companies towards achieving their development goals. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the Civil Contractors Federation Victoria, Jayaratne has spent the last five years managing the operational delivery of their strategic plan. He is also known for providing guidance to the executive management which focuses on top-line growth, improving business processes, governance, and identifying innovative opportunities for growth both internally and externally. Jayaratne is highly motivated to work in dynamic and challenging environments where his creative and innovative qualities can shine.

Jayaratne began his career at Ernst & Young in audit and business services before moving on to work in various financial roles including auditor, management accountant, financial controller, corporate accountant, and director at companies such as DHL KEELLS PVT LTD, Holstein Australia, and Daya Tractors/Tractor Parts Center. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (UK).

In addition to his vast professional experience, Jayaratne also recently completed his Executive MBA at the Melbourne Business School.
