Anurodh Sarkar is a seasoned Senior Consultant in Strategy & Analytics at Deloitte Consulting, currently based in Austin, Texas. With a wide range of experience in industrial automation, power, and utilities sectors, he specializes in technology management, operations handling, and product/project management. Anurodh's achievements include identifying and evaluating high-priority use-cases in leading organizations and driving business transformation through the integration of advanced technologies, such as cloud ERP, blockchain, IoT, machine learning, and industry 4.0. He excels in developing technology strategy, modeling, and visualization, with a keen understanding of market assessment, business model creation, and customer strategy. As a former founder and CEO of an education marketplace technology start-up, he understands the intricacies of translating business goals into driving product requirement documents.
