As former CPO and part of the executive management at Jubilant FoodWorks (JFL), India's largest food services and QSR company, Anurag played a pivotal role in growing JFL's digital business to serve millions of customers of Domino's Pizza and other JFL brands in India and S. Asia. Prior to JFL, Anurag's diverse hands-on experience includes creating products that millions of consumers love, building teams from scratch, and achieving ambitious growth, revenue, and CX charters for multiple markets at world-leading technology brands and fast-growing companies. Anurag's expertise lies in driving the vision, strategy, and execution to build a platform business and ecosystems that deliver real value to customers and stakeholders, building an employer brand and culture that stands for collaboration, customer-centricity, and diversity, recruiting and growing talent into top leaders, setting up lean processes that drive velocity, outcomes & balance between now and the future, and working with founders and boards to lead companies through change and growth.
