Anupriya Tripathi

Anupriya Tripathi is a computational biologist with a passion for uncovering valuable insights in high-dimensional datasets, especially in relation to cancer early detection using multi-omics data layers. She is actively involved in the development of software tools for the visualization and analysis of intricate biological datasets. Anupriya has held various roles in esteemed organizations such as Freenome and Verily Life Sciences, contributing significantly to the field of computational biology.

Anupriya Tripathi completed her Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology with an outstanding 9.2/10 score, securing the first rank in her cohort, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. She further pursued her academic journey by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Informatics with an impressive 3.7/4 GPA from the prestigious University of California San Diego.

Throughout her career, Anupriya has been affiliated with renowned research institutions such as the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute and the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology AIBN. Additionally, she has gained international exposure as a MITACS Globalink Scholar at Queen's University.
