Anup Gaurav is a seasoned senior engineering leader with over 16 years of experience in building and extending large-scale software systems and infrastructure. Currently, Anup is the head of Amazon Shipping Foundational Technologies and is responsible for providing platform offerings to simplify WW Amazon transportation. His expertise focuses on strategic planning, technical architecture, design, product management, program management, and project management for high volume transnational systems, web sites and applications. He has built and grown multiple high-performing teams across different roles and functions and has mentored and trained several leaders inside and outside the organization. Anup has previously worked as a Software Development Manager at Amazon and Manager Technology at SapientNitro. He has a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya.
