Anu Rautanen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Helsinki, as well as studies in Music Pedagogy at Lahti University of Applied Sciences and Adventure Pedagogy at Peräpohjolan Opisto.

Throughout her career, Anu has held various roles in organizations such as being a Co-founder & co-tealer at Teal Suomi, a Community-driven & Minimalist Leadership Expert and Consultant at Prominda Revolution Oy, a Co-Founder at Prominda Revolution Oy, a People and Culture Specialist at Wörks, and more.

Anu has also contributed her talents as a translator for notable works like Frederic Laloux's 'Re-inventing Organizations' and Eric Ries' 'The Lean Startup' for Prominda Revolution Oy.
