Antrea Fotiou is a Cypriot HR and Recruitment consultant with a passion for Consulting, CSR, and Corporate Well-being. Specializing in Tech, Corporate, and Marketing Recruitment, Antrea has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from Cyprus International Institute of Management, and a Master's Degree in Health Psychology from De Montfort University. Her academic pursuits culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Leicester.

Currently, Antrea is the Lead in Corporate Recruitment & HR Advisory for HR Innovate, a Cypriot company that provides HR and Recruitment services to businesses. Previously, she was a Senior HR Associate at HLB Cyprus Ltd and held roles as an HR & Recruitment Consultant and Office Manager/HR Assistant/Personal Assistant at other companies. Antrea's work experience also includes a voluntary role at Veresies Clinic and interning with MTN Cyprus.
