Antonio Saunders is a highly accomplished leader in the education industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Equity and Innovation at Teach for America. With years of experience serving at various levels within Teach for America, he has an impressive track record of developing and implementing innovative strategies that drive positive change across regions. Antonio is passionate about fostering learning and growth within regions and across networks, ensuring that every individual has equal access to educational opportunities.

Antonio began his career as an educator at Atlanta Public Schools before transitioning into leadership positions within Teach for America. As a Regional Partner, he fostered the conditions of rigorous learning within regions, and as Senior Managing Director of the Teacher Leadership Development Fellowship, he oversaw the design and implementation of a transformative leadership development program. Antonio also founded Seventh & Sourou, offering strategic consulting services to non-profit organizations.

Antonio's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Public Relations, Broadcasting, and Applied Communication from the University of Alabama. His expertise in leadership development, learning strategies, and equity and innovation in education have made him a valuable asset to any organization.
