Compass Italia, Experiential Marketing and Communication.The agency opened one of the first windows on Experiential Marketing in Italy, Compass also worked on pure communication projects and integrated campaigns. Here are some highlights: Jaegermeister NotteCominciaConMe; Jaeger Noctis. A multy-year project focused on brand and product repositioning on the Italian market. Guerrilla and ambient teaser activities, in-bar night and serial events (blitz) with strong public engagement and high-impact story telling. The project ran all over the country, on and off-line, with successful result on sales in the covered areas. Tampax, Detective Libera (Fater S.p.A. Italy)Created an integrated on and off-line campaign around a young female character, the Detective Libera. 11 stories, each of them debunked a myth about tampon use. The stories in form of comics were published on a dedicated website, printed on memory cards and distributed all over the country into target places. Nike Battlegrounds, italyNaples and Bologna. A spectacular basket challenge with a gladiator mood, where great players fought one to one inside an arena. Champions like Manuel Ginobili were in the event and a hip-hop band from NYC animated the party. NBA-Budweiser Basket JamCreated the layout and organized the whole activity for this sport-road-show through Milan, Bologna and Barcelona where young guys subscribed to basketball match from all around Europe and challenged each other to the rhythm of music.The agency worked also on many other beautiful concepts and activations for Nike, Panini, Timberland, Redbull, Ford, Sigaro Toscano and other minor brands.

Worked at creative processes on events for international brands (Nike grassroots activities, Nike Skorpion Tour Italy, Budweiser Noche de Pasion US, Nike Hip Hoop Challenge Taiwan, Coca-Cola, Footlocker. Created and developed multimedia files to recall or engage the experience. Designed for Relay a high engaging animated graphics website that won web awards and properly represented the company core business.This was a huge work experience, thanks to the american team I learned the basics in event marketing and creativity associated to it, had also the chance to work in the US and join the big organization engine work for legendary brands like US Army, Budweiser or Coke. Softec consulting position, Dada group.In the beautiful very historical center of Florence, worked on many and challenging internal projects for the main Italian web portal at that time, Dada and SuperEva.Coordinated a group of 7-9 brilliant, motivated young guys designers and programmers on online projects focused on: Meteo, web domains registration, tutorials, guides of every kind, institutional pages, arts and culture documents and a first web based experiment of reality show.A great work and human experience and a great team, despite of all the online business going bad worldwide, they grew, acquired more and more users and remained a solid and successful industry.

I founded and run this little industry with my brother, we wanted to make the difference creating unique web pages and multimedia products for demanding, hard to please clients. We also produced works for international brands like Nike, Stanley Tools or Hotel chains. This was the beginning of the Internet experience, you could breath the magic coming out from the computer screens and watch the surprise in the eyes of our clients when the job was delivered.

Author, performer, producer in radio shows on Italian nationwide radio networks.With a couple of school mates we created funny shows and in a few months we were broadcasting nationwide. We had fun for years doing this, thinking, taping, going live, laughing and make people laugh. Wrote hundreds of scripts and had the opportunity to work on the side of famous speakers and performers in important Italian networks with the attention of other media and press coverage. I learned the art of entertainment, the power of story telling, how it works and how it engages audiences.
