My responsibilities as a Leasing Specialist included working specifically with prospective and current tenants at Hamilton Court Apartments (101 S. 39th St, Philadelphia PA, 19104). I was responsible for guiding people through the entire leasing process -- processing leads, giving tours, guiding applicants through the application and approval process, drawing up and finalizing leases, creating lease packets, and more. I worked closely with a small team in-house, as well as a larger corporate structure, in order to maintain >95% building occupancy for the upcoming lease cycle.

My responsibilities included working on all aspects of qualitative research, both domestically and abroad. Abroad I collected data via semi-structured interviews using an interview guide which I created myself, translated all my work to English from Spanish, and cleaned transcripts. Domestically I cleaned and coded all data using NVivo software, and also successfully analyzed data, both of my own and for the projects of others.
