Antone Little is a dedicated member of the Finance Group with a focus on representing corporate trustees in various financial transactions, specializing in aviation, loan agency, and asset-backed securitizations.
With experience in asset-backed securitizations, aircraft leasing, loan agency, project finance, and debt finance, Antone regularly represents different third party service providers.
Antone Little also handles transactions related to purchasing, selling, leasing, and financing aircraft globally, including SEC exempt 3(a)(2) and 144A capital markets transactions.
Apart from legal work, as the co-chair of Alston & Bird's Charlotte Diversity Committee, Antone actively contributes to promoting diversity within the organization.
Antone pursued a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and obtained a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
