Anton Round is the Chief Commercial Officer at Meet, a global recruitment firm specializing in the Life Sciences industry. He started his career in recruitment in 2000, spending his first decade with the SThree Group where he held various roles, including launching Progressive Netherlands and new market verticals throughout the UK.1

After SThree, Anton joined Staffgroup as Sales Director, successfully building out their international business in London and Germany and increasing profits from less than £1m to £2.5m via contract and permanent year-over-year growth.1 In 2013, he started his own recruitment partner business, reaching a peak of 160 contract engineers across the U.S., Middle East, and West Africa before selling his share in 2019.1
