Data-Centric Alliance is an advertising tech startup with dozens of big and mid-sized advertisers in Russia. The company has built and developed proprietary DSP and DMP platforms.•  Built ad operations and accounting team of 10.•  Formed a feedback loop from customers and ad operations team to define and refine product roadmap.•  Established processes for ad operations and accounting teams that allowed to achieve MRR of ~$200k.
