I am responsible for Candidate Experience in building from scratch Human Capital Solution (HR-Platform Pulse) that substituted SAP Success Factors at Sberbank Group and already has pre-orders for installation from 10+ companies in the Russian market.  
•	Managed to double the development speed of new features by implementing new Product Discovery and Product Delivery processes.
•	Reduced candidate complaint rate by 90% regarding difficulties in filling out a security and compliance check form (with 100 fields in).
•	Increased by 35% the share of vacancies filled by internal candidates and CSI of employees by 28% for internal career opportunities.
•	Increased by 15% the share of hired external candidates from the referral program (referred candidates cost less to hire and show better performance and a longer stay at the company).

Sberbank

Senior Product Manager

I was responsible for developing and implementing new advertising products to increase the efficiency of clients’ advertising campaigns:
•	Inspired and managed to collaborate with 3 of 4 Russian Mobile Operators and 4 of 5 biggest Operators of Fiscal Data to create a joint advertising product with targeting based on offline purchases:
- Increased conversion rates in offline purchases by 28-63% (subject to a customer’s product) after implementing a digital advertising strategy for Ferrero, Essity, Sephora, Gedeon Richter;
- That achievement resulted in winning a 2-year EUR 30M advertising contract with NSPK (operator of Russian payment system Mir).
•	Ideated and managed to develop an Influence marketing product bringing an additional EUR 2M of advertising budgets from current clients.

Media Instinct Group

•	Implemented product metrics measurement to running operations.
•	Developed a new product strategy for the web analytics service Rambler/Top-100 based on past metrics, user research and benchmark analysis.
•	Managed a cross-functional team including Project Manager, Developers, QA, Designers, Support (19 people in total).

RAMBLER&Co

•	Managed to test 30+ different product hypotheses, made product discovery and built from scratch 2 viable data products: 
- Lending marketplace for Evotor clients (small and medium-sized enterprises) with 15 minutes to apply and get approval based on the scored fiscal data from Smart POS Terminals.
- Analytics reports on a subscription and ad-hoc basis for consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. The first clients for this product were PepsiCo, RicketBenkiser and Novartis. 
•	Recruited and managed 2 cross-functional teams for delivering the first versions of products consisting of 2 Product Managers, Developers, Analyst, Data Scientist (10 people in total).

•	Led the launch of the world’s N1 mobile operator’s DSP (online advertising) with targeting based on telco data.
•	Signed partnership contracts with the 2 biggest media communication agencies.

Beeline Russia

Product Manager

I was responsible for developing Data Management Platform (DMP) to achieve Product-Market Fit in the advertising market:
•	Conducted 12 interviews with potential users from the 4 biggest media communications agencies to understand the gap between existed solution and their actual needs;  
•	Got buy-in from top management for full product redesign to tailor product to actual customer’s needs and led a cross-functional team to build it.

Data-Centric Alliance (DCA)

I was responsible for building from scratch Data Management Platform. The product had been failed but I learned unforgettable lessons of the importance of product validation stages which prevent wasted time and money spent on building non-demanded or irrelevant product features

Auditorius

•	Ideated and developed from scratch the loyalty program «Dream bank» that increased the company’s total revenue by 4,5% (still running in 2022 without major changes made).
•	Developed from scratch email automation tools accounting for 6% of all orders, NPS improvement and measurement.
