With the development of the Celtra team and the demand of our Account Executive team, I am a key strategic leader that supports our AE team from the technical position of our clients. 

As Global Director, I am responsible for building out a global support system, developing a technical service team, and aiding the Account Executive team in the field and in any request that come through from potential partners.

Responsibilities
1. Cultivating current knowledge of Celtra and expanding role from Technical Services to be encompassing of a Global positioning of support and sales services. Creating a strategic plan that will architect a way for Celtra support to be globally available. 
2. Aide in the structuring of Celtra APAC. Ensuring that any new Celtra members are properly trained and supported to drive highest revenue in the APAC region. 
3. Ensuring that revenue can be driven from all possible outlets, focusing on fostering self-service relationships by providing superior service and aligning dedicated support to Foundation Accounts. 
4. Building and educating Technical Service team to position Celtra as a first-class SaaS platform that is able to quickly and efficiently identify and resolve partner questions and identify revenue opportunities. 
5. Analyzing Global Desk support data to identify trends across all business levels to ID efficiencies across the business (i.e. pick-up and turn around time) and potential cost savings
6. Correlate Platform Adoption data (from Product) with Desk Support data to understand how platform users adopt new features; Based on findings work with the Client Enablement team to optimize client trainings 
7. Create knowledge sharing sessions (across internal and external teams) on technical topics that drive awareness on how Celtra’s platform can be leveraged to activate Foundation accounts. 
8. Establish Client Service rollout process with Product that standardizes a testing structure.

Global, Director Technical Services and Support

Currently at Celtra, I am working to develop a dynamic and result driven technical team to provide the best possible support and services in the mobile rich media industry. In addition to building out a complete team in the US / EU, my daily duties including providing clients aid in troubleshooting, certifications, integrations, and ad operations queries. 

Tasks / Accomplishments
1. Hiring Ad Operations, Sales Engineering, and technical candidates for aggressive company growth.
2. Creating internal documentation to provide sales team with up to date client / publisher information. 
3. Provide information, details, and next steps to our Engineering team for the integration of SDKs, ad networks, ad publishers, and media agencies who are using Celtra's platform to create ads.
4. Successfully direct clients on updating their apps or mobile sites to properly run rich media to engage user interaction and build brand awareness for their advertisers.

Director of Technical Services

Working closely with Sales and Engineering at Celtra, I help troubleshoot, certify, integrate, and update our internal teams at Celtra and our partners/publishers/networks to ensure proper ad serving and impression tracking.
Tasks and Accomplishments:
1. Help provide information, details, and next steps to our Engineering team for the integration of SDKs, ad networks, ad publishers, and media agencies who are using Celtra's platform to create ads.
2. Responsible for the information and verification of certifying clients on our AdCreator platform to ensure proper ad serving and impression tracking details. 
3. Working directly with clients to education their entire teams on SDKs, networks, and mobile ad serving techniques to increase revenue of advertising in the mobile space.
4. Provide insight into the Celtra platform via trade shows, events, and client meetings with Sales Reps. 
5. Successfully direct clients on updating their apps or mobile sites to properly run rich media to engage user interaction and build brand awareness for their advertisers.

Sales Engineer

Worked as the liaison between sales, integration of SDK, and campaign management
to ensure proper application and Medialets SDK integration. Steadily worked with
thirty to forty publishers a day managing timeline of application's integration, release of
application, and troubleshooting issues on iOS or Android platform.
Tasks and accomplishments:
1. Ensured that the Macworld application that was recently introduced to the iPad app
store had all available ads ready to download from our servers. Had to gain clients
trust, which entailed follow up calls and testing till 130am EST on day of app release.
2. Developed two new forms for client sign off of application integration that had
publisher confirm functionality to ensure that if there were issues at a later date, it
was because the publisher opted out of that functionality in the integration.
3. Successfully learned xCode to troubleshoot clients application when their
development teams were unable to solve their issues.
4. Created template answer, FAQs, that our integrations team uses to quickly answer
common questions and roadblocks that publish run into when beginning integration
of Medialets SDK.

Medialets

Develop software for clients that change the quote to order, business tracking, and sales representative processes. Consult and customize CRM tools and work with our clients to create complete Big Machines systems. 

Heavy use of Java, XSL/XML, HTML/CSS, and a company programming environment (mix of C and Java) to create unique environments for each client. 

Thorough analysis of multiple business types and organization principles to understand our clients’ need and use of their quoting tool.

Provide constant direction to engineers and new project managers on implementation techniques and approaches to problem solving client issues.

Served as a Radio Frequency Verification employee with Sony Ericsson Cellular Devices. Managed multiple databases that contained the information determining whether cellular devices are capable of sending and receiving information on all North American frequency bands.

Maintained responsibility for organization of multiple operating systems, such as Windows 2004/XP/Professional, Linux, MAC OSX that were needed for use within the Arsenal Digital Corporation. Mastered how to install the above operating systems via remote access on servers to operate using VM Ware.
