Anthony Shoemaker

Anthony Shoemaker is a seasoned corporate attorney with a diverse portfolio that spans across the healthcare, finance, and beverage industries. With over a decade of experience, Anthony has proven to be a valuable asset. Currently, he serves as the SVP and Assistant General Counsel at Keurig Dr Pepper, a household name in the beverage industry. Anthony's extensive knowledge in corporate governance, SEC disclosure, finance, and M&A makes him a valuable addition to any team.

Before joining Keurig Dr Pepper, Anthony held various positions at Tenet Healthcare Corporation, a Fortune 200 diversified healthcare services company. At Tenet, he oversaw corporate governance, SEC disclosure, Board matters, M&A, and other related transactions. Anthony also worked as a private practice attorney at the international law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he focused primarily on capital markets, securities regulation, M&A, and other public company transactions.

Anthony holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Abilene Christian University. In addition to his professional endeavors, Anthony serves on the Board of CitySquare, a Dallas-based nonprofit that strives to address the causes and effects of poverty.
