Anthony Russell

Anthony Russell is a seasoned professional leading the Partnership & Alliance business of Workplace by Facebook in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Anthony has a strong focus on Cloud Computing, mobility, new media, and telecommunications.

Before his current role at Facebook, Anthony established and managed the Asia Pacific Technology Partner business for Amazon Web Services (AWS), co-founded Cloud Academy, and served as the Director of API & integration at Whispir.

Anthony's professional journey includes roles in program & product management, architecture, and development at renowned companies such as IBM, Fujitsu, News International, C-Bridge, and Telstra. He holds a degree in BSC Computing from Macquarie University and completed his HSC at Sydney Church of England Grammar School.

In addition to his role at Facebook, Anthony has been involved with various organizations and ventures, including serving as an AirTree Operating Advisor, board member, and investor in companies like assaya and Channlworks.com.
