He has experience in public/private partnerships, organization assessment, partnership cultivation, coalition building, and multi-stakeholder engagement.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from UC Berkeley, as well as post-disaster relief and development training at Tulane University. Anthony's diverse professional experience ranges from policy consultancy to research and data strategy, project management, teaching, and legal support roles.
