Anthony Liu

Anthony Liu is a highly experienced professional with a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Brunel University London.

With a background as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Anthony's expertise spans various areas including customer support/experience, vendor management, contract management, data analytics, root cause analysis, workforce and forecast planning, performance and quality management system, utilization, operation service KPI tree, process improvement projects, project management, mentoring/coaching, change management, and behavior and influence coaching.

He has held senior positions at well-known organizations such as Deliveroo, where he served as a Senior Vendor Manager and Senior Real-Time WFM Lead. Prior to that, he was the Quality Assurance & Workforce Planning Lead at Deliveroo, demonstrating his versatile skill set in different roles within the same company. Anthony also gained valuable experience as a Supply Chain Process Owner at Gate Gourmet and as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager at the same organization.

In addition to his tenure at Deliveroo and Gate Gourmet, Anthony has served in various roles at prestigious companies including Hitachi Consulting, GE Oil & Gas, GE Energy Management, GE Power & Water, and GE Aviation. At GE Oil & Gas, he was a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and later transitioned into roles such as Process Improvement Supervisor and Variable Cost Productivity. Anthony's experience at GE Power & Water included positions like Sourcing Buyer and Lean Leader, showcasing his wide-ranging skills in different sectors within the GE conglomerate.
