Anthony Layton

Anthony Layton is a founding partner and former Chairman, CEO, and portfolio manager at PWL Capital Inc., a Canadian wealth management firm.21 He has over 35 years of experience in the wealth management industry and has been committed to establishing and growing independent, conflict-free financial services firms in Canada since 1980.24

Layton played a significant role in PWL Capital's development and leadership. He co-founded the company and served as Chairman of the Board and Portfolio Manager.23 In April 2021, Layton successfully retired from his roles at PWL Capital, selling his shares to Cameron Passmore, who became the new majority shareholder and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.1
