Anthony Holter is an experienced educational professional who has dedicated his career to improving the quality of education for students. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Psychology from the prestigious University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor's degree in Theology/LaSallian Honors Program from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
Holter has worked in various organizations, including Empower Illinois, where he served as the President and formerly as the Executive Director. He also served as the Executive Director of the Fulcrum Foundation, and as the Director of Program Evaluation and Research for the Alliance for Catholic Education at the University of Notre Dame.
