    Anthony Blaom, PhD, is a mathematical researcher with a strong background in mathematics, aeronautics, and mechanical engineering.

    With over two decades of experience in teaching mathematics and engineering at the university level, Anthony has conducted original research in differential geometry, dynamical systems, and fluid mechanics.

    Anthony is known for his expertise in machine learning and has played a key role in developing the MLJ platform at the Alan Turing Institute.

    He possesses a deep love for learning, exhibits exceptional analytical and creative thinking skills, and excels in abstract and conceptual thinking.

    His extensive experience in scientific programming using Python, Julia, and C++ has resulted in the successful completion of numerous projects, from predicting house prices to identifying dark matter in space.

    Throughout his career, Anthony has held various roles including Senior Research Fellow at The University of Auckland, Independent Contractor at The Alan Turing Institute, and Mathematician and Data Scientist as a self-employed individual.

    His academic journey includes a PhD in Mathematics from Caltech, an MSc in Aeronautics from Caltech, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
