Product Manager at Zoopla/Ravensworth

Core responsibilities•	Key member of Ravensworth Management team (acting Director), steering strategy, initiatives, financing, policies, budgeting, prioritising across commercial, marketing, sales, servicing and technology.  Reporting and presenting to Zoopla board of Directors.•	Define and lead the product roadmap and strategy for all technology and SaaS systems built and serviced by Ravensworth.•	Innovate and develop new products, solutions, features and enhancements in order to service our clients with the best technology available to the industry.•	Continuous engagement with all stakeholders to ensure status and timescales are clearly communicated and production teams are fully and accurately briefed to deliver.•	Customer liaison promoting market research via focus groups and subsequent product innovation, development, refinement and delivery via surveys, prototyping, beta releases, user testing, demos and ongoing feedback analysis. Development of customer personas.•	Product Owner / Scrum Master for the Agile development team, providing prioritisation and guidance, including daily stand-up, weekly sprint planning and retrospective meetings.•	Preparation of product documentation, from initial proposition, business case, functional spec, requirements, user stories and use cases, through to user guides and technical support documents.•	Product and systems management, performance monitoring, new feature development, bug reviewing, support and effectively reporting on KPI’s via product dashboards.•	Management of software and tech service licenses reviewing renewals and negotiating supplier costs.  Capex and asset amortisation of development projects.
