Anthony J. Algmin is the Convergence Platform Program Lead at AbbVie, spearheading the establishment of a technology ecosystem to revolutionize how AbbVie R&D leverages data and technology in the discovery and development of new pharmaceuticals.

With a diverse background, Anthony has been instrumental in driving data-driven transformations across various industries, having served in pivotal roles including consultant, data architect, and Chief Data Officer.

An advocate for data leadership, Anthony is acclaimed for being the author of the pioneering book on data leadership and the host of the popular Data Leadership Lessons podcast.

Anthony holds a bachelor's degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he specialized in Analytical Consulting, Marketing, Management & Strategy, and Management & Organizations.
