Antara Palit is a seasoned HR professional with 14 years of experience in various HR functions such as Generalist HR, Organizational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), and implementation of new and strategic HR initiatives.

She pursued her Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds an MBA with a specialization in HR from the Institute of Modern Management. Antara also completed her Bachelor's in Sociology Hons from Lady Brabourne College.

Throughout her career, Antara has held key positions in prominent organizations. She served as the Vice President of Human Resources (HRBP) at YES SECURITIES, Associate Vice President - Business HR in the Private Equity and Private Wealth division at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, and as the Senior Manager of HR in the Private Equity and Investment Banking sector at the same organization.

Her professional journey also includes roles in Leadership Development at Larsen & Toubro Limited, HR Management at Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Senior Recruitment Consultancy at INX Services Pvt Ltd, Summer Trainee position at HDFC Bank Ltd, and Executive – HRD at Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd.
