Ansha Dixit, a Co-founder of Pushstart, transitioned from planning to pursue a Masters to joining the entrepreneurial world by being connected with Neeraj Joshi, the Founder of Pushstart.

Ansha's journey with Pushstart began in December 2018 when she decided to leave her CMU admission and dive into the entrepreneurial ecosystem by taking the risk to co-found Pushstart.

Pushstart is a social networking platform fostering communities for early-stage entrepreneurs, facilitating connections, problem-solving, and shared learning among its 25,000 strong entrepreneurial network in India.

Under Ansha's leadership, Pushstart has seen significant growth, with 30+ communities, 75,000+ conversations monthly, and an impressive 336% engagement rate, resolving 70% of queries within 30 minutes.

Ansha has forged connections with notable figures within the startup ecosystem, including Shashank Kumar, Abhimanyu, Naiyya Sagi, and others who actively contribute to the Pushstart community by offering insights and advice to members.

Ansha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from MEDICAPS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT, shaping her analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior to her role at Pushstart, Ansha held various positions including Manager & Community Steward at FIDE, Founding Team member at Troopod, and roles within Pushstart focusing on community management, user engagement, and data analysis.

Ansha's diverse experience encompasses internships at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), business development at AIESEC in Indore, and consultancy roles, all contributing to her well-rounded skill set in entrepreneurship and community building.
