Anouk Pappers is a seasoned brand anthropologist who has been crafting compelling narratives for brands since 2002. With a vast experience of interviewing over 900 CEOs, CMOs, and business owners, Anouk has contributed to the publication of 15 books that showcase the best stories gathered. Recognizing a lack of diversity in her interviews, Anouk shifted her focus to amplify the voices of women leaders and underrepresented groups through a service called Signitt, aimed at enhancing their online presence for greater visibility and success.
Acknowledging the importance of personal branding in today's digital age, Anouk introduced Propell, a service supporting both established executives and emerging leaders in shaping their online image through content creation and strategic publishing. Particularly, Propell targets young professionals from underrepresented backgrounds, offering a sponsorship opportunity for companies looking to drive positive change.
An alumna of the University of Amsterdam, Anouk holds a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology, Communication, and Art History. Throughout her career, she has held key roles such as CEO of signitt.com, Co-initiator of Signitt Propell, Founder of CoolBrands Women at CoolBrands People, and Brand Anthropologist at CoolBrands People among other impactful positions.
