Annu Grover, the founder and CEO of Nurturing Green, commenced his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 22 by establishing Nurturing Green (NG) over a decade ago. Holding a management degree from Bimtech-Noida and FH Joanneum-Austria, Annu made the bold decision to transition from a lucrative consulting job in Europe to the world of plant sales. Nurturing Green has now become India's leading company specializing in Green Gifting, revolutionizing the industry by replacing traditional flowers with sustainable plant options. The company, which boasts a workforce of over 100 employees, has expanded its offerings to include Decor, Landscaping, and Services.

Annu Grover, born into a middle-class household in Lucknow, has epitomized resilience and determination throughout his entrepreneurial journey. By bootstrapping NG and defying the odds, Annu has shattered barriers and exemplified the mantra #Tumsenahopayega. Despite encountering over a thousand setbacks in the past eight years, he has steered the venture towards profitability and sustainability, underscoring his adeptness at navigating challenges and fostering growth.

Annu Grover's educational background is marked by a diverse array of experiences. He pursued his studies at St. Dominic Savio College and went on to achieve an MBA in Global Marketing & Strategy from FH Joanneum. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Marketing & Retail from BIRLA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY (BIMTECH) and a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences from the University of Lucknow.
