Annika Theobald is a systemic innovations and organizational development expert, assisting individuals and organizations in fully leveraging their potentials to transform initial ideas into meaningful products and to agilely shape the future.

In her projects, she commonly assumes various roles such as an Innovations Complice, Team & Organizational Developer, Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, and Speaker.

Driven by the goal of bringing necessary elements into the world sensibly and enabling the full potential of individuals and organizations, Annika merges values and experiences from design, current innovation trends, and classic systemic theory.

With a focus on agile and competency-based collaboration, she creates a space for holistic participation where work can be both value-adding and purposeful.

Her educational background includes studies in Systemic Consulting for Young Professionals, Change Management, a Master of Arts in Creative Direction, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design.

Currently, Annika works as a Systemic Innovations & Organizational Developer at 'system, she said', and she was previously involved in various teaching and academic roles, including being a lecturer in Design Thinking and Creative Theory at different universities and institutions.

She also held positions such as Academic Assistant at HEED - Institute for Human Engineering & Empathic Design and as an Innovation Provocateur & Senior Design Thinker at ABERTAUSEND - Büro für methodische Innovationsprovokation.
