Annie Tsang is a seasoned communications professional with an extensive background in education and recruiting. She holds a B.A. in English from Bowdoin College and an M.A. in English Literature from Middlebury College. Tsang has held several leadership positions in various organizations, including Facebook, where she serves as the Internal Communications Lead, Business Partnerships. With over a decade of experience in talent brand and recruiting programs management, Tsang has also worked at high-profile companies such as Pinterest and Stitch Fix. Prior to joining the tech industry, Tsang had an illustrious career in education. She was the Founding Director of Admission at The Bay School of San Francisco, where she oversaw the development and implementation of the school’s admissions program. Tsang also served as the Director of Special Projects at Year Up, a non-profit organization that empowers young professionals to achieve their career goals. Additionally, she served as the Assistant Dean of Admission at Bowdoin College, her alma mater. Tsang's professional expertise includes internal and external communications, talent brand development, recruitment, and admissions.
