Annie Luu is the Global Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Fingerprint for Success (F4S), where she plays a pivotal role in optimizing team dynamics and enhancing organizational performance through predictive people data analytics.

Professional Background

Annie began her career in engineering, serving as a Superintendent Project Manager on significant projects, including the headquarters for the Australian Federal Police and initiatives for the Australian Defence Force. She was the first Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) Manager in Australia, overseeing energy, water, and waste targets for the Victorian Government.

Transitioning from engineering to business, Annie spent several years in sales and commercialization roles before moving into startup coaching. Her experience includes running accelerator programs at Investible and expanding investment initiatives across Asia.

At F4S, she focuses on helping leaders and teams harness their unique talents and achieve ambitious goals. Her approach combines systems thinking with a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational culture, allowing her to reverse-engineer goals into actionable milestones.

Current Roles and Contributions

In addition to her role at F4S, Annie is actively involved in mentoring programs aimed at increasing female participation in engineering and technology. She co-founded B9 SIGNAL, which advises companies on market entry and growth strategies across various regions, including Singapore and the U.S.
