Annette Ortiz Molina is a seasoned professional currently at the helm of People, eXperience, and Technology programs within Amazon's Rapid and Rural Logistics network. With over 12 years of experience in HR and program management, Annette has a strong background in leading initiatives related to Diversity & Inclusion, Design Thinking, linguistic accessibility strategies, safety, and wellness programs.

Annette holds a BA in Psychology with a major in Organizational Psychology and an MS in Business with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship, Project Management & Sustainable Innovation using Design Thinking, and a minor in HR Management. She is multilingual with native proficiency in Spanish and English, as well as proficiency in Portuguese.

Her educational journey includes a Master's Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School, a Professional Certification in Pharmaceutical Operations from the University of Puerto Rico, Arecibo, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
