Annemieke Verhoeff

Annemieke Verhoeff is an HR strategist, leadership coach, and guide for innovative organizations and their people, emphasizing transformation for authentic work practices. She specializes in designing and delivering transformative learning experiences, focusing on working with a horizontal mindset, leadership redefinition, dynamic governance, and continuous learning. Annemieke supports individuals in clarifying goals, teams, and mission, while promoting self-agency and effective collaboration. She currently serves as an (interim) HR at Hike One and offers leadership coaching to pioneers, with a diverse client portfolio including Voys/Spindle, Joinson&Spice Valsplat, Srprs.me, Spring Studio, Energized.org, and Kairos Society. Annemieke has also collaborated with Concept7, Butterfly Works, Startup Weekend, MediaCT, and Voys Telecom in their early stages, fostering value-driven, peer-to-peer, and agile collaboration. Annemieke Verhoeff holds a BA in Human Resources from Hogeschool Rotterdam and has studied at the Rites of Passage Institute.
