Senior Product Manager

Designing and creating a product our customers love to use, to make waste-free shopping available for all.

My team improves our website, app, and back-office product to grow our active customer base. We grew from 300 orders a week to ~3500 a week. By improving user experience and releasing features for growth.

• Built and led a product team of 6 developers, 2 UX designers, 1 data analyst & 1 jr. PO
• Increased the order conversion by ~7% by development and launch of the new app 
• Set up the discover, define, develop and deliver process with integrated A/B learning loops to build the right product
• Integrated continuous qualitative customer feedback in the product development process by the setup of the Pieter Pot Panel. 
• Responsible for organizing Pieters Pots’ digital roadmap based on our OKRs. Make sure stakeholder initiatives were discussed and aligned.

With the bureau, we help to shape value propositions, validate early user adoption and design scalable products via proven product development- growth frameworks and hands-on execution.

• Facilitating workshops to inform the discovery phase of a product design
• Implementing a learning environment & iterating processes in development and marketing teams.
• Helping stakeholders & teams to plan the product roadmap (based on hypothesis & vision)
• Visualizing user actions to inform stakeholders for making decisions and engaging the scrum team (e.g. story mapping and service blueprints)
• Analyzing customer data to inform decisions & find areas for improvement to A/B test
• Conducting customer interviews and facilitating workshops to inform the discovery phase of product development and refine the backlog for testing.

Responsible for the Dutch and Belgian app (NL ± 3 million MUV, BE ± 100K MUV)
• Designing wireframes and testing these with users
• Managing user feedback by product testing and customer support
• Responsible for quantitative and qualitative user research to improve the current
products and design a new strategy for Buienradar based on the needs of our user.
• Prioritizing the product backlog, writing user stories & pro-actively collaborate with
stakeholders

Product Development Manager (Product Owner) - Buienradar apps

RTL digital traineeship: 2 projects at different departments throughout RTL with a focus on service design and product development. 
- RTL nieuws & RTLZ: half a year I was UX designer of the registration proposition of the news organization. I was responsible for user research on the current registration wall from this I created a new registration proposition for RTL Nieuws & RTLZ and redesigned the login flow. In the end I worked together with the development team to deliver the first version of the product.  
- Strategy, Corporate Development & Distribution department: I worked with internal consultants on projects about video on demand services (Videoland&RTLXL), addressable TV and RTL Group level reports.

Digital Trainee

Current ‘product focused marketing’ can be reconsidered; a customer centric approach improves sales and creates more value. Existing data and a qualitative research provided insights to create customer profiles which supported the marketer in working with new designed tools to better understand their customer.
