Anne Whitman is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in advisory, board, and private investment roles. Her expertise spans capital raising, deal sourcing, negotiation, and serving as a value-added director and chairman for various companies.

Anne's work has been instrumental in creating shareholder value through organic growth strategies, acquisition plans, as well as transition and exit strategies in industries such as manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, building products, and distribution across the US and Canada.

Her specialties include deal sourcing, deal execution, investments in family-owned businesses, recapitalizations, turnarounds, debt financings, strategic partnerships, portfolio management, and serving as a board member.

Anne Whitman pursued her education at Dartmouth College and holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern University.

Throughout her career, Anne has been associated with various organizations such as HOP Energy LLC, ShoreVest Capital, LLC where she was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner, and boards of companies like Blue Bell Mattress, Hurd Windows & Doors, PM Engineered Solutions, SoftTex Pillows, and Wakefield Thermal Solutions, Inc. Anne has also served as the Managing Director at Longroad Asset Management and gained valuable experience as a Manager at PwC Transaction Services.
