Anne Penikis

Anne Penikis is a talented product design leader with a diverse background in client and web application development, strategic planning, and operations management. She is highly proficient in managing cross-functional and remote teams, conducting competitive analysis, and driving consensus among senior leadership. Anne is a collaborative leader who excels at identifying and achieving business goals while staying focused on consumer experience and technology strategy.

Anne's impressive education includes a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University, studies in Politics and Economics at Texas Christian University, and an MBA in International Business from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Throughout her career, she has held numerous leadership positions, including Director of Product Development at World Pulse, Director of Retail Training and Special Programs at Walmart Global eCommerce, Senior Software Engineering Manager at Walmart Global eCommerce, and Senior Product Manager at both Walmart Global eCommerce and Snapfish.

In addition to her professional background, Anne also founded a stealth startup and previously worked as a Marketing Manager at Hewlett-Packard, a Senior Account Manager at San Jose Earthquakes, and a Senior Client Services Manager at Ask Jeeves.
