Anne Hardy

Anne Hardy is a high-tech executive with over a decade of experience in various domains like software design, architecture, cybersecurity, and team management. She worked at SAP in roles such as Director of Security Research, VP of Platform & Security Research, and VP of Developer Advocacy. Additionally, she co-founded and led Workrize PBC, an innovative machine learning platform focusing on employee experience measurement. Anne holds an engineering degree from Telecom Paris Tech, an MBA from EDHEC Nice, and multiple certifications spanning cybersecurity, data analysis, machine learning, the science of happiness, and integral coaching. She founded the Dare2BDigital conference in 2010 and serves on the Anita Borg Institute’s Board of Trustees. Outside of work, she transitioned from being a competitive gymnast to an ultra-marathoner and triathlete.
