Since the beginning of my time at Mediacom, I’ve worked across a handful of clients such as Aldo, American Airlines, Bayer, Bose, Bucherer, Dell, eBay, PetPlan and Ring. My level of involvement across these accounts range from cross-channel planning lead to digital investment lead. My market coverage also spans across EMEA, UAE and APAC. 

As a cross-channel lead, my main goal is to be the client face and ensure my team compiles documentations and information from the channel leads into one view for the client. We also lead the strategic and channel recommendation based on spend, KPIs and audience. The main focus from a cross-channel view is via digital channels as my client portfolio mainly focuses around Ecommerce performance and therefore, we leverage tactics such as PPC, social and affiliates. 

From a digital investment lead standpoint, I oversee the digital display recommendations that feed into an overall cross-channel recommendation. Here, I work alongside the planning leads to provide the digital display strategy and tactical recommendation. I work closely with the top digital networks in the UK and internationally to negotiate deals and provide the best recommendation to achieve my client’s goals.

Managed a portfolio of 19 brands across skincare, haircare and L’Oreal Paris, specifically in North America. Executed digital media buys with partners across e-retail, pubcos, YouTube and programmatic (Adobe and DBM). Worked with L’Oreal and partners to create custom editorial content, media delivery and custom creative to meet the L'Oreals ROI goals. Project managed custom 360 programs surrounding live events such as the Oscars and Golden Globes. Managed partner and client timelines to ensure for timely deliveries of materials as well as facilitated all conversations for streamlined communication.

Handled branding campaigns across five Marriott brands. Leveraged upper funnel tactics to drive awareness of each brand. Measured results based on front end metrics (CTR, VCR, ER) as well as a brand study. 

Helped drive bookings across Ecommerce campaigns reaching all 19 brands within the Marriott portfolio to meet client ROI/GRE goals. Leveraged lower funnel tactics such as prospecting and retargeting to drive users to book. Utilized custom messaging through dynamic creative to drive specific property messaging based on users travel intent.

Brand Strategy Intern

IKEA Home Tour reporting lead –  Managed a nationwide digital series using company YouTube channel. Shared key program results and recommendations for optimizations as it relates to digital media and paid and owned content on a biweekly basis with Home Tour project leads and agency partners. Provided reporting to be shared across the IKEA marketing and USA management team.

Preformed quantitative and qualitative research for the IKEA Home Tour program using SurveyGizmo to better understand consumers attitude about the program and make creative optimizations for the YouTube videos, leading to over 5 Million video views. 

Acted as major support to six consumer facing events to increase awareness of Home Tour and create opportunities for consumers to interact with the Home Tour squad in-person as well as through social media. 

Executed the IKEA Home Tour Instagram/Twitter sweepstakes. Collaborated with the IKEA legal department to format sweepstakes rules, managed IKEA gift cards, and facilitated distribution of the gift cards. Formatted and launched social content for all IKEA social platforms and blog site on a daily basis.

Participated in the 2015 catalog launch event in New York. Demonstrated the 2015 IKEA catalog app to over 30 key members of the press, noted designers, and social media influencers.

Coordinated 12 on-campus events with an estimated 46,500 total foot traffic to generate awareness and consideration of IKEA Back to College offerings. Organized kick-off calls with local store marketing specialists, formatted local store signage, developed priority products to highlight Back to College items and engaged with students during the activities.

Analyzed demographics of the IKEA Family loyalty program membership base for 38 stores. Compared factors such as age, gender, ethnicity and marital status to market averages and identified growth opportunities.

Identified customer demographics of 18 departments including kitchens, living room and bedroom and provided insights to sales peers. Extracted information from IKEA’s main databases including AdTracker, Brand Capital and Ipsos.

Evaluated the effectiveness of the New York market's kitchen promotion and calculated a Return on Investment for the event. 

Updated and maintained the marketing dashboard that captures all marketing key metrics and business metrics such as awareness, purchase intent, sales and market share.  

Analyzed marketing spending at a local level. Identified working vs. nonworking dollars and major spending trends. Shared analysis organizationally and developed a more efficient budget tracking tool using Excel formulas and functions to automatically provide spending analysis.

Marketing Analyst

Spearheaded the creation of a charitable reading initiative for the Lundy Law Foundation with the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Formulated up to 20 partnerships resulting in the collection of 4,000 new books. 

Handled the planning and execution of 10 large scale events to promote the firm.

Created marketing material such as marketing kits and press releases to drive awareness to the firm and the foundation.

Participated in the development of a television advertisement including working on scripts, editing content and assisting on set.

Tracked weekly calls using Needles Legal Case Management Software to determine commercial impact.
