Anne Gousset

Anne Gousset is a seasoned professional with a rich background in launching public and private incubation programs over the past 19 years.

She has been instrumental in developing new business models through collaborations with large companies to enhance Open Innovation between startups and corporates.

As the Deputy Director at Paris&Co, she led a dynamic team of 85 individuals and managed over 15 innovation programs, with an impressive annual turnover exceeding 12 million euros.

Under her guidance, their incubation programs have successfully supported over 1000 startup companies, including well-known ones like Multiposting, Peopledoc, and Guesttoguest, while also engaging with more than 70 corporate partners such as Carrefour, AG2R La Mondiale, and Total.

Anne's contributions extend beyond her role at Paris&Co as she serves as a member of the Paris&Co Board of Directors and actively participates as a jury member in various ecosystem events within the Parisian startups scene.

Her specialties encompass a wide range of areas including Incubators and Accelerators models & development, Start-ups, Corporate Incubators, Open Innovation, Start-up Ecosystem Development, Public-private partnerships, and Economic development.

Anne Gousset's educational background includes studying DESS in Ingénierie financière at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and Economics and Finance at the University of Leicester.

Throughout her career, Anne has held significant roles in various organizations, starting from her early days as an Assistant at IRDI to her current position as the Deputy Director General at Paris&Co.

She has previously served as the Director of Incubation, Coordination & Quality Manager at Paris&Co, and held roles at prestigious organizations like Paris Developpement and National Association of Governors and Managers (NAGM) in Birmingham, UK.
