Anna Szwiec was deeply involved in various tech communities and initiatives, having been the President of the Association Women in Technology Poland, Co-Founder of Tech Leaders, and a Co-Organizer at Women in Technology Poland.

Moreover, she was an Organizer at Google Developers Group Cracow, showcasing her commitment to fostering connections and knowledge sharing within the tech industry.

During her early career, Anna Szwiec gained hands-on experience as a Software Development Engineer at Sabre Poland and in software development roles at Mc COMP S.A., ES-SYSTEM S.A., and TVN.
