Anna Stephenson

Anna Stephenson is a seasoned financial services professional with cross-functional experience spanning risk management, relationship management, technology, operations, and COO responsibilities. She co-founded and runs Inflection Point Intelligence, a global financial services education company. Anna is a popular public speaker and panel moderator, with prior roles as Co-Chair of Women in Finance Asia, Hong Kong, and President of the Association for Women in Finance in Tokyo. Her career experience has taken her across four continents, including significant roles at Citibank and SinoPac Solutions and Services. Anna's strengths include fixing broken functions, managing cross-cultural teams, and leading large teams. She is a Licentiate of the Guildhall School of Music and has an MA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University.
