Anna Siemens

Anna Siemens is a seasoned strategist with a diverse background in business, project management, and industrial engineering.

She is deeply passionate about female empowerment and gender equality, actively contributing to these causes in her career.

Currently serving as the VP of Strategy at Vendasta, a rapidly growing technology company in North America, Anna collaborates closely with the executive team to shape the company's strategies and align organizational design with overarching goals.

Her role involves leading and supporting cross-functional product teams, focusing on Vendasta's growth in the mid-market segment.

Anna is an accomplished professional with a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.

Her educational journey also includes studies in evidence-based decision making and project management.

Additionally, Anna has held various key positions such as Director of Strategy, Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and Vendor Operations Manager at Vendasta, showcasing her progressive career trajectory within the company.

Prior to her current role, she gained valuable experience working in roles such as Experiential Learning Liaison at the University of Saskatchewan, Business Attraction Specialist at Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority, and Marketing and Communications Specialist at the same institution.

Anna's dedication to empowering women led her to found and serve as the Past President of the Young Women in Business chapter at the UofS, where she made significant contributions to the advancement of women in business.
