Anna Monaco

Anna Monaco is the Co-Founder and CEO of Paradigm, a company that specializes in developing AI agents designed to automate repetitive tasks. She has a robust background in technology and entrepreneurship, having previously held positions such as a Bessemer Venture Fellow at Bessemer Venture Partners and Co-Founder & CTO at Ripple Interactive. Monaco also interned at major tech companies like Microsoft and Google, gaining valuable experience in product management and software engineering.12

Monaco studied Computer Science and Entrepreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated early to participate in the Y Combinator startup incubator. This program was pivotal in the development of Paradigm, which aims to streamline data collection and task automation using AI technology.23

In addition to her professional endeavors, Monaco is passionate about fostering diversity in tech; she co-founded an all-female hacker house in Silicon Valley to support women in building AI technologies.2 Under her leadership, Paradigm has garnered significant interest from investors and is currently in private beta, working closely with early adopters from various industries.23
