Anna Correa

Anna Correa is a dedicated graduate student at the University of Iowa, currently pursuing a Master's in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Community and Behavioral Health.

With a strong educational background in public health and international relations, Anna holds undergraduate degrees in both fields from the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Anna's academic journey includes studying associate degrees at Des Moines Area Community College and graduating from Valley High School with a 4.3 GPA.

Her professional experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Iowa College of Public Health has equipped her with essential skills in research design, IRB, data analysis, program development, and collaboration.

She has honed her expertise in qualitative and community-based research, preparing her for a career in public health upon completing her MPH program in May 2022.

Anna has been part of various organizations, including serving as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Iowa German Department, an Intern at Child Health and Mortality Prevention Surveillance, a Resident Assistant at The University of Iowa Housing and Dining, a Debate Coach at Iowa City West High School Speech and Debate, and a Childcare Provider at KidsWest within the WDM School District Childcare Program.
