As the enablement leader at Envoy, I defined the enablement strategy for all customer facing teams. I lead a team that owns onboarding, defining and communicating process changes, and ongoing training for the sales and success organization. Some highlights from my time as head of enablement include:    - Plan and execute bi-annual training off-sites for all customer facing teams. These are focused on influencing  key metrics such as ATS, conversion rates, renewals, churn mitigation, CSAT, etc. - Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with the product and marketing leaders to define how to train sales team to move from selling a single solution to selling the workplace platform - Partner with sales and success leaders to build training and onboarding programs to increase  productivity and shorten ramp time for new team members  - Hired and manage two enablement managers and one coordinator- Grew sales and success teams from 6 to  90+ people over 2.5 years

As a founding sales team member, I identified the need for internal enablement and was promoted to build onboarding programs and develop an enablement strategy.  My time overseeing enablement at Intercom included:  - Designing and implementing new process for product marketing, product and sales teams to educate and train sales reps prior to product launches    - Building onboarding program for new sales team members to speed up ramp time- Developing materials, training and execution plan to release a new sales methodology to international sales team with 40 reps - Introducing weekly newsletter to communicate process changes to the sales team- Building technical training curriculum to increase the technical knowledge of sales team
