Anna Canicosa

Anna Canicosa is a UX Research Designer with a passion for working with people, design, and technology. She approaches problems with an empathic mindset and draws from her technical and analytical experiences using design thinking. Anna is a UC Berkeley graduate with a degree in Psychology. She is a results-driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented team player, excelling in strategic planning and meticulous design. Anna has experience collaborating with product managers and developers to achieve seamless integration of business goals into design, designing for social good, and solving design problems through technology.

Anna has worked as a User Experience Researcher at Cisco, a User Experience Designer Consultant at KLEEEN STUDIO, and as a User Researcher and Designer as a Freelancer. She has also held various technology-related roles at Wells Fargo, including VP, Technology Manager - User Researcher, QA Technology Manager (Bill Pay Services), QA Team Lead, Senior QA System Analyst, and Web Developer. Anna's professional interests include user research planning, expert and heuristic review, competitive analysis, and qualitative and quantitative research. She is also proficient in interactive design, wireframing, and UI design.
