Anna Butler is a seasoned professional excelling in the People Function for WeWork Australia, overseeing talent management, people operations, culture, and learning & development. She also serves as the HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific in Real Estate and Design & Development.

With a diverse educational background, Anna studied Bachelor of Economics and Social Science with a focus on Political Science and Government at the University of Sydney. She continued her education by pursuing a Juris Doctor in Law at the University of Technology Sydney and undertook further studies at the University of Miami.

Anna's professional journey showcases her extensive experience in various roles. Currently, she holds the position of People Partner for Asia Pacific at WeWork, building on her prior role as the People & Talent Partner for Australia within the company. Previously, Anna also served as the Global Talent Partner for Design & Development at WeWork, highlighting her proficiency in managing talent across different areas.

Prior to her tenure at WeWork, Anna enriched her skill set by working as a Recruiter specializing in Creative roles at Meet Recruitment. She also gained valuable experience as a Judge's Associate / Tipstaff at the Supreme Court of New South Wales and as a Paralegal at Nicole Leggat and Associates.
