Currently serving as the Managing Director at Techstars, she focuses on investing in Southern California-based founders with technical expertise and a learning mindset. With a diverse background across e-commerce, media, and edtech startups, as well as experience in corporate law, talent management, movie production, and traveling, Barber has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she shares with the founders she works with. Prior to Techstars, Barber served as a partner at The Fund and Board Observer at Fernish, and was also an Investment Committee Advisor for the USC Marshall Venture Fund at the University of Southern California.
