Ann also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology, Chemistry, and Geography from James Cook University.

She is currently working as a Midwifery Consultant, leveraging her expertise to provide valuable insights and guidance. Previously, Ann held the position of Business Manager at CARE Midwifery and served as the Board Chair at the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council.

She has served as a Director at the Rhodanthe Lipsett Indigenous Charitable Trust and as the CEO of the Australian College of Midwives, demonstrating her commitment to driving positive change within the industry.
