Ankush Vij

Ankush Vij is a senior student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship and PPE. Ankush has a diverse background with experiences in Web Design, Software and App Development, Security, Marketing, and more.

Ankush has completed five internships, with two abroad experiences in Alexandria, Egypt and Silicon Valley through programs like AIESEC and the UNC Shuford Program in Entrepreneurship. Ankush is passionate about leveraging technology to make a positive impact and is particularly interested in product management, software engineering, app development, and machine learning.

Outside of academics and technology, Ankush enjoys traveling, photography, and journaling. Ankush's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UNC Chapel Hill and a High School Diploma from Vernon Malone College and Career Academy with a certification as a Nursing Assistant.

Ankush's professional experience includes roles such as Incoming Software Engineer at Amazon, Product Designer and Web Developer Intern at Vector Rideshare, Project Manager at Launch Local, Full-Stack Engineer Intern at TweeCare, and various other positions in reputable organizations like IBM, PayNearMe, and Launch Chapel Hill. Ankush has also been involved in organizations such as AIESEC, Students in Tech, and DevApp®.
